We've been having an insane amount of issues lately. Add this to the list.
We had a comcast tech change out our CBR(CGA4131), He said he was porting over our 5 static IP addresses.
Lone behold, once the modem was swapped and up and running, he left. Didn't bother to let me check behind our firewall as it is contingent on 1 of the static ip addresses. Tier 1 can’t do anything about it, Now I must wait on tier 2. All the while, our business will be dying as we have webservers, site to site tunnels, and vpns none of which are accessible right now.
It's cool though, somehow, I'm expected to just sit here and wait for a call that may or may not come before opening hours tomorrow. This is unacceptable. Add this to the ongoing list of issues that we've been having (VOIP QoS, latency issues, packet loss).
