We just switched over to Comcast Business service. We have a Xerox 7120 Workcenter and we are having issues with the scan to email function. We have had a Xerox tech in, and he says its a firewall/SMTP settings issue.
I need to know the proper SMTP setting, the server port, and if the connection encryption is SSL/TLS or starttls
Any help would be appreciated. thanks

You should be able to log into your Business Class Portal administrator email account and then go to Mange Services.Email and look for a DNS Info link. Just click on this link and it will provide you with all of the smtp server addresses that you need.

Comcast does not allow "relay" use of our email servers.
In order use them you must activate your MyAccount and create a .comcastbiz.net user name.
