I am having a problem with emails getting blocked from our IP <removed customer info>.
The only spam-blocker that is blocking us is SpamRats. Their error message is:
Does IP Address comply with reverse hostname naming convention... Failed!
I have seen a previous port where this was resolved with the following statement:
Your request for PTR/RDNS has been setup as per request.
So I assume some change needs to be made to our PTR/RDNS
setting to resolve this issue. Can someone please look at our account to fix this? Thank you,
