I have never been so frustrated. It's been over a month and I still can't get my email from Comcast. We went with business comcast because of the speed and they assured us that our email would transfer from residential over to business. Countless calls later and the same reply - it will be 24 to 48 hours and we yet to have our email. Countless ticket numbers but stull no luck. Can anybody help me get this issue resolved?

I'm very sorry for any frustration with the email transfer process. Can you please send me a private message with your old account number and new account number?
Follow your dounonejen > Sign Out > My Settings Help Messages then click on the Messages link or the envelop icon and you will see Create Message Tab that you select then just copy and paste Comcast_Jacob into the send to text box, add subject = old account number and new account number, then add that info in message body and send it out.
