Domain Transfer troubles! Stuck on Step 2.

Just switched our entire business to Comcast Business, and am trying to now transfer our website's existing domain/hosting from Bluehost to Comcast Business.

 

But...

 

I've been having trouble doing so for the past month.

 

I've taken all the necessary steps (unlocked the domain from Bluehost, made sure it's eligible for transfer and not expiring etc, got an EPP transfer code from Bluehost, updated contact information for the domani within Bluehost).

 

I've added the new CNAME record Comcast provided me during the "domain transfer" process, and have it pointed to my comcastbiz.net destination, and I've checked and it has in fact been propagated across the web.

 

BUT... it's been a few weeks and the Comcast domain transfer process still reads "Not Completed" for Step 2. 

 

I seriously need to resolve this issue as soon as possible and get this domain transferred so I can migrate our website over to Comcast.
