DNS A Record needed

I'm looking to have our A record updated. The nameservers for the domain are listed as:

 

  • ns1.comcastbusiness.net
  • ns2.comcastbusiness.net
  • ns3.comcastbusiness.net

The DNS info under our web services doesn't seem to match what I see when I do a reverse DNS lookup. Is this something you can help with? Thanks!

HI danvSA.  Please send me a private message with the Server Name and IP address and I will input the necessary PTR record.  Please include the associated account number.
