Hello arnoldarnold,
Welcome to the forum.
To make update to your domain's DNS entry please use the following steps.
1. Log into your Comcast Business online account using your primary admin email address.
2. Select Websites from the Manage Services menu.
3. Select Edit website.
4. In the Control Panel under Manage Services, select Domain Name.
Once inside the DNS entry menu, please update your records.
Thank you

Jon - i made the change in the place you told me for the txt record on tuesday, i still can't validate the domain through office365. Also the www ip address listed in that location is not what pings when i ping the domain name www.arnoldarnold.com. Is there something i am missing. is this the only place to make changes or is there something that could over ride this.
the name servers at the domain registrar is ns1.comcastbusiness.net and ns2...
any help would be appreciated.

Hello arnoldarnold,
Thank you for working with me on this issue.
After reviewing your domain - www.arnoldarnold.com, it was found to be on our "legacy" server.
Our support team added the txt record from your other post: TXT@ or arnoldarnold.com MS=ms28964643.
Please allow propagation of the entry record.
Thank you

Hi Comcast_Jon,
I'm having the same exact issue as arnoldarnold with not being able to Verify my domain for Office 365.
Should I send you my domain and TXT info in this thread or is it possible to take it offline.
Thank you
David

Hello CBM,
As your domain is on our "legacy” server, you will not able to make the changes via the website (myaccount).
To make changes you can either contact our technical support (1-800-391-3000) which is available 24/7 or send a private message to a forum admin with the following information:
1. Your full name
2. Account number
3. Business Address
4. DNS entry records
Thank you

Thanks Comcast_Jon,
The verification is working already!!
Will I need to contact you also to add the appropriate MX, CNAMES and SPF records for Office 365 OR can I do it via your website now?
Thank you

I'm using Microsoft Office 365 and would like to use my domain with it, but first Office 365 must verify that I own the domain name. To do this, I need to create a TXT or an MX record for my domain. Because you are my DNS hosting provider, could you please create the record for me? The record needs to include the information shown in the table below.
Note: You only have to create one of the records and you can choose which one to create.
Record type (choose one) Alias or Hostname Destination or Points to Address TTL.
MX weplayschoolonline.com ms54834677.msv1.invalid.outlook.com
Thanks,
