Can no longer create new email account.
Problem has gone on since 12/9.
Started with enter new information Ok until point of CONFIRM when processing error comes.
Since then our domain has dropped off the drop down list so only domain comcastbiz.net remains.
Support reports other accounts have the problem and it is being worked on.
Haven't seen other posts here.
This morning I checked my account online and found the add email problem appeared to be resolved.
There has been no notification yet from Comcast to that effect.
I called Comcast Support to get confirmation and an explanation that Comcast National Support had to get involved to find an email portal problem.
That is surprising in that no change to the our account should have been necessary.
