I'm a Comcast business class customer, I need my modem put into bridge mode. I have been getting conflicting messages from Comcast saying that they can do it - but no one has helped me to do this yet.
Main reason I need it in bridge mode - having problems with VPN and security cameras at my business.

Welcome Doug. Please send me a PM (private message) with the MAC-Address of the gateway and the associated account number and out Tier 2 agent will make the requested change. Also the gateway will reset for the change to take effect.
