slow in the mornings

hi,

 

i have a decent amount of outgoing web traffic on weekdays in the morning hours but the upstream tops out at about 1.5 meg and everything slows to a crawl.

 

now my basic service should handle 16/3 but that's hardly the case. any way this can be looked at and fixed? it's been like that for a few months now and i was hoping comcast would resolve it by itself.

thanks john, do you mean they're working on it? should i contact someone there to check on the progress?
