I had business Internet installed at my home about a month ago. It worked well for a while, but the connection has been very unreliable for the last 4 days, especially at night. Sometimes (right now, for example) it still works fine, but other times it's very slow or doesn't work it all. I tried calling customer support but gave up after waiting on hold for a while. Can you please look into it?
I've been having the same issue. The last 2 days have been unbearable. The connection is there, then not, then there, then not.
I am an internet programmer and I work full-time from home. This is impairing my ability to work. I have a DSL connection as a backup, and have been using that, but I pay much more for my much faster comcast connection and right now it is working like crap.

Its on and off, that fast.
I also tried calling business support, and hung up after 75 minutes on hold. Quite un-satisfied with service and support at the moment.
Im in GA, north of Atlanta, but have an associate in South FL complaining of the same issue with Business Internet.

Yes, please help me with that. I would call to schedule it myself, but I can't get through to a live person when I call the support line. The connection is almost unusable right now: when I test with ping, I'm seeing packet loss of nearly 40%. Thank you!
For the last several weeks, I've been seeing the same problem: At various times throughout the day, the entire network connection drops for up to five minutes or so at a time. Incredibly frustrating. I'm in Saint Paul, MN.
I never got any help from this forum... but I was finally able to get through to someone on the phone, schedule a service appointment, and get the issue resolved.
