We have had our internet service going out intermittently during the day, for 2 weeks now.  As our credit cards approvals are done online, this is very, very, very frustrating.  It causes delays with our customers during the day, every day.  It is impossible to reach a human being from Comcast during the day to find out what is causing this and when it will be fixed . . . very, very frustrating.  How can we get better customer service, and find out some very basic information??????
