changing settings in Thunderbird for Comcast internet account
My business switched from ATT to Comcast. I have been able to activate my Comcast internet account with my old e-mail address but I cannot get Thunderbird to allow me to login using Comcast pop3 and smtp. It keeps kicking out the login as not recognizing the password.

Welcome vtrobert. The Business Portal does allow you to manage and view your services with the use of a non Comcast Email account. However the POP/SMTP servers does require an active Comcast email address. Here is a Link to additional information on creating email accounts via the Business Portal.
