I purchased a set of refurbished laptops for 2 employees. They are apparently logging into Xfinity hotspots with the previous owner's credentials. Is there a way to re-set so the gateway page requests my Business Class credentials on these devices?
Hi CasaGlue. As those credentials a stored on the Laptops and not on the Comcast gateway we cannot clear those usernames and passwords. Check the help section of the browser being used for information on clearing stored data.
