We purchased a business phone system. It was not anywhere near what the sales person represented. We have had multiple visits form techs, who have no idea how this system is set up. Sales rep made 2 appointments to visit and get the right equiment and service istalled or fixed. Both times a no show. No call, no e-mail. Unbeleivable.
