Wired signal drops 1-2 times per hour

I'm a new Business customer. I have my main device attached to the comcast router via ethernet cable. 

 

While using Skype and other connected communications, I see the application drop frequently. I have verified that when this happens the ethernet connection has been dsconnected temporarily.

 

I have verified by watching the network connections in the Windows settings. When Skype cycles, indicating a loss of connection, the Internet connection as displayed in the settings also indicates the loss of connection (error shown as, "No Internet Connection").

 

The connection is usually restored within a few moments, However, durring the outage all connectivity is lost. This has happened during meetings and online discussions. This causes me to have to reconnect to the meetings and is an interuption in the flow of work.

 

Please suggest a solution or contact me for an investigation of this issue.

The reason I used this forum is because I was unable to locate a way to send a private message, email, or chat to Comcast support.
