We got Comcast Business Internet in early November. Since then all the cables in the house have been replaced, the modem has been replaced 3 times, 8 technicians have been out here and they all say that the problem is Comcast's switching equipment which needs to be updated but Comcast is too cheap to do that. Neighbors tell me similar stories.
Our internet drops many times a day for minutes or hours. I have spent literally dozens of hours on the phone with Comcast, hours with technicians here, and the problem persists. I have filed complaints with the FCC and the Better Business Bureau.
Comcast, what would it take for you to fix your service? We pay you on time every month, but you fail to provide the service you have contracted to provide. Why is this?
