Voluntary disconnect

Our office is moving so I planned the new install 9 days before the move. Everything went fine until today. Suddenly at our new location the service was discoonected by what they called a voluntary disconnect. After 4 hours on the phone and 17 individules many who promised they could get this corrected. I am still without service. 


Everything had been running fine 50up 12 down.


I can't get a response from anyone now.


Very frustrated.
