Yesterday, at about 6:05 PM Central Time, I upgraded from Blast 75 to Blast 150 with a three year contract. I was told that no additional equipment needed to be installed, and that the increased speed would automatically reflect on my service within 24 hours.
It has been 24 hours.
The speed has not increased.
