Twice in the last 2 weeks, my Comcast Business service has been intermittent or out. Cannot reach a live human at customer service and I get no warning until my system starts crashing or stalling. I am a lawyer who works from home and this is totally unacceptable. I want a refund for service through last 2 outages and to discuss my service contract with a supervisor or manager in customer service.

I’m sick of this being an issue as well. I have had this issue for months now and customer service has not been helpful and I want out of my contract. It’s ridiculous how much I’m paying to have such unreliable connection.
