Late last week I created a new domain email (@ourdomain.com) for a new employee using the standard procedure that I've been using for quite a while now. However, when I attempt to log in to the account through businessclass.comcast.net I get a message stating that the "Link has expired". I've tried resetting the user password and even utilizing outlook with no success at all.

I am unable to activate a new email address. an activation email is sent but who knows where it goes! i have called and recieved no satisfaction. If this is too difficult i can look somewhere else for business email.
