Support Status Page Useless

We have been down since 12:31 PM on Saturday.  Up fot a couple minutes then down again. We have remote users and this makes their work inpossible.  You call the support line (at this moment) - you get transferred to the "We are experiencing a service outage in your area..." recording. Yup, knew that...


I was hoping to get a status update, so SILLY ME used this portal to discover there are no services outages (see attached) MAYBE that is why they have not fixed the problem???

I apologize for the delayed response to your post. We are currently working to have all of our resources properly update our customers to any resource issues.
