Still having issues

I had a service call in, CR32074600 (I think). Waited around between 12 and 4 on Thursday, Comcast finally calls at 3:30 (go figure) and said there is a problem in the area. Ok. Thanks. But we are still having issues. Internet keeps going down. 

 

And we have a "business class" account as well. WTF. Why can't there be a simple email address to get support questions rather than calling? Never had this much trouble with AT&T.....
