I am contracted to receive 150 Mbps Download, yet my speed never goes above 60 Mbps. My upload speed is where it should be.
In the evening my WIFI signal drops completely, goes back up and drops again.
Two techs have come to my location and switched out the Comcast modem and router twice.
As soon as they leave, the speed drops down.
What is the problem Comcast?
Why can't you fix the issue?
