Slow Internet

Slow Internet

I'm having slow service.  I have a 16/3 connection, but I am only gettng .36/.19 with 973 ms.   Is there anything I should be checking when this occurs.  I just switched to business service 3 days ago and have been getting 20/5 service.

Welcome bflinche.  Our Service Center informed us that a service call was scheduled to address your issue.  Please let us know if the this has been resolved.

We signed up for 16/3 since 2011 and constantly getting 6.5/1.2 recently.

We have not yet received call nor email from Comcast.  Although 6mbps/1mbps is not terribly unacceptable, we still want to know if this is something we should expect.
