When I first got the Business Internet it was great, but the speeds have dropped off significantly, just ran the Comcast Business Internet Speed Test and I am at 12/17 respectively when I am paying for 75mps. Why is this so slow?

Head over to one of these pages and grab us your modems sigal levels. http://192.168.100.1 orhttp://10.0.0.1 or http://10.1.10.1/. Ths will allow us to determine if you are seeing any type of signal issue.
