My service has been out since Wednesday, it keeps saying will be resolved at 12pm..than 2am etc. Its Saturday and still no service (1:04pm to resolve). I called customer service because I didn't see any trucks in my area working on the issues. Agent said the problem was in a key point area. WTF does that mean, so there slowing me down to compensate for another part of town. What's some other Internet provides with better service?
Dude you figure it out let me know. For MONTHS I have fought that my service isn't stable, isn't steady and I played by the rules because I work from home...got Comcast Business internet like I was supposed to. I lose more money and I am about to lose my job because of this POS crap. And better believe I will not pay the danged early termination. I will legally fight it because it works about 40% of the time. I have soo much evidence showing its not working but the techs come up and give me every excuse in the book!!!!
