Serious Web Browsing Issues

New 100/20 service netgear cg3000dcr gateway installed on Monday.

Last two morning have serious issues browsing web, speed in the toilet. Comcast DNS unusable, drops causing issues attempting to utilize opendns servers as well.

The service is just bascially unusable since upgrading from the starter package.

Thanks to Craig from tier II, after he had gateway replaced with SMC its been smoooooooooooth sailing.

This is like a daily morning nightmare with this service.
