Seemingly "Endless loop" of disconnects and unable to speak to Tech Support
Over the last couple of days my Business Class connection has been really unstable. Wednesday it was off for a couple of hours all told and now today I get kicked off every 20 minutes or so for around 5 mins.
Comcast has acknowledged service issue, however I cannot talk to them (very frustrating!). I registered with the automatic callback system to tell me when it was fixed and, sure enough, every time it returns I get a call only to have it collapse again 20 odd minutes later.
So... whats the story here? Is the automated system just waiting until it can see my gateway again or is someone actually thinking the problem is resolved? It would be nice to give some feedback SOMEWHERE that this outage is intermittent.

HI gone2utah. Our Regional Service Center reports that network issues have been addressed in your area and a follow up has been scheduled. Please let us know in additional assistance is required after the scheduled updates.
