I had the displeasure of interacting with two TERRIBLE service reps at the Tuscon call center today. Gloriana and Karla. We've had 70+ service interruptions in the last two months and today Comcast was down 4-5 times for 5-20+ minutes each time.
I am hosting servers for 200 user and 60 clinics. When we are down, that is a lot of users that cannot work and patients that cannot be treated. These rude and terrible agents, tried to inform me that no one would be able to come replace my defective modem until Tuesday night or Wedneday. I hung up and called back and spoke to an excellent agent named Aldain who was happy to escelate the case and get a tech scheduled for 8AM tomorrow morning. Now why were Glorianna or Karla unable to do that ? They were Completely RUDE to me and Unhelpful. I will be filing a formal complaint.
