Routing issues

Starting the last week or two, I have suddenly been unable to ping

Additionally, my Gmail IMAP client access has connectivity errors randomly which I believe is also related to this. When moving my devices off Comcast such as an LTE network, the Gmail IMAP connection works immediately.
