I would like to know where within the business portal I can locate either reports or monitoring tools to view the bandwidth usage of my business class Internet connection. I would like to see usage in at least one minute increments for the current day's activity. Could you please direct me to where such reports might be?
To your query, Comcast Business portal does not provide customers with bandwidth usage meter/monitor to track their total data consumption. The reason is Comcast Business Internet service does not have a bandwidth limit.
Additionally our business class support agents do not have the ability to provide information about bandwidth usage.
What we suggest to customers is to use a third party solutions meet their business need.
