Last night (12/3/2019) and tonight (12/4/2019) my business internet connection has gone down at 10 pm. Comcast's website says it's a known outage and won't be fixed for 4 hours. I have to resort to tethering to my phone to get any internet service. Is this a joke? What good is business internet if it's down all the time? I run a server off of this connection and if it's down for hours at a time that's no good. I thought Comcast was supposed to be reliable and I'm paying a lot for this service. Should I be looking for a company that can keep their network up?
EDIT: dates were off by 1 day due to time zone (12/3-4 not 12/4-5) EDIT: internet is still down as of 7 am PST 12/5 — seriously!?
