Business connection has been dropping sporadically over the last few days. Super awesome for our VoIP. Restarted modem several times and seems to stabalize for a few hours. Then gets flaky again.

I've been experienceing the same problem with my 25/5 business connection in Park City UT as well. We've had the service since 2013, and most of the time It's been running ok, with a few bad stretches. Last bad stretch was about 10 monhts ago. The most recent started in the beginning August, when we started experiencing 2-3 5 minute dropouts during the day. Today (9/2) we've had 6 so far, which makes it hard to do business since it messes up our VoIP and CC terminal. I called support and the tech advised me that the modem had been up for 3 months, and needed a reset. He performed a reset and than advised me that I should stop running bridged modem or that I should upgrade to a higher speed since I am running bridged mode, and getting "half" speed (or some such nonesense). Really? This modem has been running fine in bridged mode since we got it, when there are no issues with the back end. And you want me to not run in bridge mode when the crappy modem can't even handle that without needing at least one reboot per month?
I wish I could get some honest information or help from business support. At least some acknowledgement that the network will get looked at instead of an "upsell" to help "solve" my problems with a higher speed.
