Problem accessing exactly 1 site

Sometime last week, around Feb 28th, I started having issues accessing exactly 1 web site. I get infinite redirect problems warnings from Firefox, generally I get no content back  It's been very puzzling as it happens even when I use a VPN.  I don't believe it is any of my network setup, if I plug a machien directly into my cable modem, I still have the issue.  If I take the same machine and connect it to any other internet source(cell wireless, home user Comcast internet at another location etc) it works fine.

The kicker here is that some deep links into the site work. But mostly top-level and such don't. No one else has any issues with the site.

Has anyone else run into this kind of issue before?

Thanks!

Re: Problem accessing exactly 1 site

HI JasonColeman.  Based on the info in the post, this issue could be the result of a <site access list> filter based on IP addresses.  Have the site owner whitelist your IP Address since your are able to gain access with the same computer from a different cable modem, (which provides a diferent IP address).

Thank You

Re: Problem accessing exactly 1 site

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.  I have been working with them, but they haven't mentioned any blocking, and it seems unlikely to be a block since some deep links work.  Still, I'll follow up more with them to be certain.  There seems to be some interaction somewhere in the network between me and them, or something on their end behaves differently when I connect through my Comcast connection.  It's still not clear which it is though.

Thanks
