Packet Loss the Last month

Hello, we are seeing mid to high packet loss, fluctuating between 5% to 20%. A Comcast subcontractor came out and only replaced the modem. We are not seeing any resolution to this.  Acct# 

Not sure what else to do as they told me if they come out again and it is not a comcast problem they will charge us.

I can certainly review your account and look for any signal issues that may be causing your packet loss. I would recommend removing the account number from your public post. Please private message me your first and last name, the name of your business, the full address, and the account number.
