PRI trunk to trunk forwarding not working

When we first had our PRI service activated, after our move to our new office, forwarding calls from an internal DID extension to an outside phone number was working.  This worked for about 5 months, then all of a sudden it stopped.  We have made multiple support call attempts to find the solution.  Even had active tickets for the issue closed with no resolved.  Has anyone else expeirence this problem?  Losing faith in the comcast business solutions by the minute.
