I don't know what you guys are doing but this is complete BS. Three days ago all of my email accounts in Outlook stopped working. I didn't change anything to my local network or on my hosted server (outside of my local network).
I called business tech support and was given a link to a dead webpage. Before getting the (laughable) email I had to jump through a bunch of hoops with a moron reading from a script.
I'm in the Indianapolis area and would like you to fix YOUR NETWORK that is blocking access to MY EMAIL. I can access my email from my neighbors AT&T and a hotspot from my Verizon phone. This is a COMCAST ISSUE and not an issue on my side.
