There seems to be a major high speed internet outage in my area (95054). No connectivity at all since before 9pm this evening. Originally, Comcast's support line said it'd be back by 11pm, but still down at 11:35pm, and now there's no ETA.
Can anyone from comcast give an update on when this will be resolved? Also, where exactly can I see outage status on the comcast business website? The only link I found for outages takes me to a help center article that explains how to install a pretty useless toolbar that just tells me whether I have an internet connection.

We've seen exactly the same thing. We've lost connectitvity entirely over many times over the last 4-5 days. I have intenstive monitoring of our internal network and the problem is beyond our cable modem.
