I have never been able to find a way to open a support ticket for Busines Class online. Anybody have a link?
It is annoying that I have to call. It is also annoying of course that my packet loss issue cannot be permanently fixed.

COMCAST is terrible. I am getting furious. They keep turning on a public wifi hotspot at my house and I have explicitly not authorized this and have spent over 6 hours now through repeated calls to support disable the xfinitiwifi (as biz class eMTA's firmwares hide and lock out many functions). http://www.sfgate.com/business/article/Comcast-sued-for-turning-home-Wi-Fi-routers-into-5943750.php...
We have disabled all Wi-Fi function on IP-Gateway.
