Not a single contact from construction after 5 weeks

So, had a prewire survey in July, and supposedly our install was passed to the construction teams for a cable pull (through existing conduit even). After 5 weeks and multiple calles to support, as well as emails to the business sales team, nothing. Not a single call, email or anything from construction... just utter silence. Sales team even submitted a ticket, but have gotten no response. I've twice rescheduled the install, so they don't waste some poor tech's time, but probably won't do that a third time. Perhaps wasted man-hours will get some traction?

 

What does a customer have to do to get some sort of status update, or communication from the construction teams?
