No Phone or Internet - Cable Down

Hi,

 

Our business has been completely down since yesterday...it looks like because of a downed line.  I can't get through on the phone lines (have waited on hold for hours). Is there any way to get an update on when it might be fixed?

Our internet has been down since our lunch shift.  We were not able to run credit cards the whole evening, due to no internet.  My manager called Comcast, and after being on hold 25 min, was told they would help him, then they hung up on him.  The SECOND time, after a similar wait time, he was walked through different steps to reset the modems, when that didn't work, your rep told my manager he need to call netgear, he then said he'd try one other thing, and hung up on him.  Only had Comcast for my business for 2 months, and I am NOT impressed with the service OR the customer service.
