No Connectivity or phone service all day today in 08540 and the status shows all green.

We have had no internet or phone service for our business in 08540 since 8AM today. Until 2:30 PM, the status showed problems but since then it's all greens but we still have NO SERVICE. No Phone, No Internet and customer service is saying there is no problem even though they can't ping the router either.

What happened to the 4 hrs Business SLA?

Hello 500CollegeE and welcome,

 

If you have not already doneso, unplug the power cord each of your Internet and telephone modems for 30 seconds then reconnect the power cord. This will re-initialize these devices in case they were left in a non-functional state during the outage condition.  If this does not restore your service then contact 18003913000 option 1 and report your out of service (OOS) situation. This agent will do everything possible to diagnose the root cause of your OOS situation and if required, get a technician to your business location ASAP.
