So, the tech who installed Connection Pro at our site really messed up... They set up a separate private IP address space that's incompatible with our existing IP network. They then moved a bunch of our devices onto this new IP network, while the rest of our devices were left on the old network. Plus, they didn't get anyone's permission to do this, they didn't explain what they were doing, and they didn't leave any documentation.
We are disinclined to allow anyone from Comcast back on site, given what they've already screwed up... Before we have this entire clusterf**k uninstalled, can anyone provide us with the documentation for Connection Pro, so that we can at least attempt to set it up correctly?
