Multuple Service Outtage per week

I've started using Comcast Business since last November, and have experienced several service interruptions due to problems on Comcast's network for the last month or so.

When I request support, I'm always met with the same generic message of "we are aware of the issue and is working to resolve it". To be honest, I haven't heard of business internet dropping for multiple hours at a time, multiple times a week repeatedly.

Well, at this point I might as well terminate the service and move back to using T1. At the end of the day, Comcast Business line is really just a consumer line with nonexistent customer support.

I wouldn't expect Comcast to have multiple maintenance events or outages so quick.  How often do these occur? Also how long do they last?
