I've started using Comcast Business since last November, and have experienced several service interruptions due to problems on Comcast's network for the last month or so.
When I request support, I'm always met with the same generic message of "we are aware of the issue and is working to resolve it". To be honest, I haven't heard of business internet dropping for multiple hours at a time, multiple times a week repeatedly.
Well, at this point I might as well terminate the service and move back to using T1. At the end of the day, Comcast Business line is really just a consumer line with nonexistent customer support.
