Low Throughput

Hello, I am in Buford, GA and am getting reports of slow internet performance by my users.  If someone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome Chad_Wansing.  You issue has been referred to our Regional Support support center fro resolution.  Pleas let us know if you issue persist.

Called into the support center this morning and found that the wrong profile had been applied to my cable modem.  Everything fixed in minutes.  Couple hours later received an additional call, guessing from the folks mentioned in the post above.  Good job Comcast, I was a little worried how you would respond but the issue was identified quickly and accurately and fixed even quicker!  Many thanks!
