On June 2, 2014 we lost all comcast business connectivity at about 11:30am CST for about 5 minutes without any type of notice. On June 5, 2014 we lost all comcast business connectivity at about 2:00pm CST. Comcast customer service was unsure how long we will be out of service, which forced our business to close early. When we signed a new agreement we were promised that we would rarely lose connection. We have had the new service for less than a month and have lost connection twice.
Our business internet signal was sparatic last night (confirmed by Comcast Business Customer Service). Difficult to operate our business. Tech scheduled this morning between 8 and 12. It is 12:13 and I have not heard from Comcast.
