Losing connection every morning just after midnight

Hi. Just about every night around 12:30am, I lose internet connectivity for 10-40 minutes, and sometimes up to an hour. Why is this happening every night? When I log in to my account (when I get connectivity back), the status always says there are no outtages in my area. My telephone service doesn't go offline when the internet does. Any ideas?

Hello rliening and welcome,

 

I would recommend that during this consistent outage time login to your Comcast Gateway and check out and post your caboe modem's upstream and downstream power levels in here. Comcast is noted for performing their equipment maintenance between 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM and this could possibly be one of those situations.
