After a Comcast outage in my area it looks like my download speeds and upload speeds have changed.
I've contacted Comcast and issue is not resolved and they told me that it should be fixed within 24 hours.
Issue is still happening I went ahead and called this AM and they are still looking into the issue.
I've done the following:
-Power Cycled the SMC-D3G
-Waited for over 2-3 minutes
-Power it back up and only used on ethernet connection
Issue is still occuring.
(Also, did the following checked Coaxial connections, ethernet connections, power source).
Does this mean that our service will be less than?
