Kudos to Kevin

I've had modem trouble for the last 6 weeks.  Have to power cycle daily.  Static IP not coming to wireless router, etc.  Today, Kevin from Bs Class Internet Support heard me.  He scheduled a tech to replace my modem for T3 Timeout issues.  I appreciate the attention and look forward to having this issue (I see several of us having) getting resolved.  Thanks, Kevin!  ex_genius
